Our Story
Rooted in tradition, blossoming through dedicated practice
Natyashala Academy of Fine Arts is a Pune-based centre for training, performing, and research in classical dance. Founded and led by Charanya Gurusathya — a distinguished Bharatanatyam artist, PhD Scholar, and educator with over 17 years of dance excellence.
Charanya has presented her research at international seminars including MSU Baroda, received recognition from UNESCO Vice President Prof. Constantin Kontogiannis, conducted workshops in Paris with the Triwat Dance School, and performed as a jury member in Italy. Her annual showcase ABHYASA Pradarshanam is a landmark event in Pune's cultural calendar.
